The 5th Private & International School Fair in Penang, organised by Mint Communications, provides an avenue for schools to meet with parents. The fair also gives parents the options to wisely choose the most suitable school for their children to attend. Parents can do so by speaking with private and international schools representatives about the specific curriculum they offer.

The first Private & International School Fair held in Penang in 2012 attracted over 180 families. Many of them were in search of preschools for children under 4 years of age, and primary schools for children 5 and 6 years old. There were also parents who were looking to enrol their children who have completed primary education into secondary schools at international schools.

In addition to families from Penang, there were also families from Kedah, Perak, and Kuala Lumpur, and other countries such as The Phillipines, United States, New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and Singapore who have visited the fair previously.
