Café Malaysia 2018 will present the largest gathering of coffee and tea industry players to showcase equipment, machinery, accessories and various supplies and products for the perfect one-stop platform for industry professionals. Cafe Malaysia 2018, the 4th International Cafe Equipment, Supplies and Technology Exhibition is set to return at Matrade Exhibition & Convention Centre (MECC), Kuala Lumpur from 25-27 January 2018. This prominent exhibition serves as a springboard to the needs of more sophisticated equipment and know-how in the industry.
For the forth year running, Cafe Malaysia is dedicated to bringing regional and international coffee roasters, traders, producers, connoisseurs and tea communities under one roof. It is a one-stop hub for decision makers to source for their cafe needs and explore new business collaborations and opportunities in the country. This three-day caffeine-fuelled event will feature over 150 exhibitors from 15 countries, spanning nearly 5,000 squar metres gross, with an anticipated turn-out of 12,000 visitors.
Cafe Malaysia 2018 will also host three internationally-sanctioned competitions – Malaysia Latte Art Championship (MLAC) 2018, Malaysia Barista Championship (BMC) 2018 and Malaysia Brewers Cup (MBrC) 2018. These competitions will promote brewing excellence while appreciating artistic expression in coffee art, as well as showcase the abilities of the nation’s top baristas. The winners of each competition will be declared as National Champions and represent Malaysia in the respecitive World Championships in Belo Horizonte, Brazil; Amsterdam, Netherlands and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The inaugural Food Truck Show 2018 will also run concurrently with Cafe Malaysia 2018, bring a wide range of related products and services targeted at entrepreneurs who are keen on venturing into the booming food truck bsuiness.
