Selangor International Business Submit 2019

Event Date: 10-13 October 2019

The Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) opened its doors for the 3rd time since inception in 2016, bringing together global brands and congregating industry players from around the world. Organised by Invest Selangor under the patronage of State Government of Selangor, the event scheduled on the 10-13 October 2019 at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The four days will feature the following events under the summit’s umbrella as follow: the 5th Selangor International Expo, 3rd Selangor ASEAN Business Conference, 4th Selangor Smart City & Digital Economy and the inaugural Selangor R&D and Innovation Expo.

SIBS is explicitly designed to promote and facilitate international trade between businesses, facilitate foreign direct investment, and to provide a platform for companies to expand into new markets. With components of exhibitions and conferences, this summit brings together some of the most knowledgeable and influential speakers on the key issues that impact international trade.

It attracts over 23,000 participants, 40 high-level speakers and 300 exhibitors. SIBS provide business representatives with the opportunity to engage in a dialogue with key decision-makers and demonstrate that business can play a crucial part in developing solutions to the most pressing issues in ASEAN.

Featuring international exhibitors from across Asia Pacific, comprises of F&B trade players to showcase their product and keeping them ahead in the market.

The 5th edition will see about 630 booths featuring more than 300 exhibitors from over 20 countries.

MIRF 2019

MIRF 2019 : FRANCHISE FORWARD

Organised by Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA), Malaysia International Retail and Franchise Exhibition (MIRF) aim to become the biggest showcase of retail exhibitors that Malaysia has ever seen. It will bring a display of the best and most established retail brands.

In Malaysia, franchising has been consistently promoted and supported by the government. This enable a good springboard to market in Asia. Muslim World Biz 2019

Event Date: 4-6 September 2019

The Muslim World BIZ is a leading trade exhibition and conference in the Muslim world and is currently in its ninth year. Except for the third occurrence of the event, which was held in Jakarta, the Muslim World BIZ has been organised in Kuala Lumpur. MAHA 2018

Taiwan Expo 2018

Event Date: 25-27 October 2018

Taiwan Expo 2018 is set to be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention and Exhibition Centre (KLCC) from 25th to 27th of October and will feature twelve major exhibition pavilions covering eight industry sectors. This year marks the second consecutive year that Taiwan Expo is here in Malaysia and many exciting products are up for display; showcasing the scope and depth of Taiwanese research and development in a wide variety of field. Amongst the key exhibits include the world’s first collaborative robot with intelligent visual positioning and the first ever mobile phone 3D printer.

Last year marked Taiwan Expo’s first ever outing in Malaysia which attracted some 20,000 visitors over its three day run, and generated business opportunities worth USD 36 million. Halal products and smart technologies received plenty of interest and up to 88% of trade visitors expressed the desire to visit Taiwan. The overwhelmingly positive reception underscores Taiwan Expo’s success in promoting the image of “Taiwan Quality” to Malaysians.
